This Jr Junction Train & Hobby exclusive Double Sheathed Wood Boxcar is our third detailed model of the Boston & Albany series available in O scale. The Boston & Albany Railroad connected Boston, Massachusetts to Albany, New York. It later became part of the New York Central System as a subsidiary. The Boston & Albany shared many of New York Central's equipment and special freight car designs. This Premier model represents a typical wood-sided, steel underframe boxcar built in the early 20th century.
