If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your new, unused and unopened item(s) to us within 30 days.
You may not return used item’s.
Please allow 10 days for your credit to be issued.
You will receive a credit in the amount of your purchase price to the credit card used for your purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.

If you have received damaged or broken merchandise, please contact us at 315-451-6551 before returning the item(s).
A replacement or a warranty repair will be made and sent back as soon as possible with all shipping paid.

How to return merchandise
